16.25-16.40: Presentation 2: Makio Yamada (Deputy Executive Director, CLAIR) – How CLAIR can assist cities with existing and new Sister City relationships.

16.45-17.00: SCA AGM

17.00-17.15: Presentation 3: Mayor Grant Smith (President, Global Cities New Zealand) – Drawing our national organisations, respective cities and communities closer together.

17.15-17.20: Q&A

17.20-17.30: Summary and close

The session will commence on-time, and the Zoom room will open 15 minutes before start time. Yours truly (Mike) will be attempting to manage the session and trying to keep the presenters to their allotted time allocations. I will also be managing the Q&A sections hoping to get everyone’s questions answered. If not, I am sure the presenters will welcome e-mail or phone contact following the event if you have further discussions that need to be had.
